Sipos Bakery originally opened its doors nearly a half-of-century ago serving the Hungarian, Polish, and other European decants population of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The original owner George Sipos sold his famous bakery to two life long bakers that where eager to continue serving the traditional baked goods thousands of people stood in line for each holiday season. And that they did; nearly twenty years later Sipos Bakery is proud to still offer some of the hardest to find traditional dishes with their original ingredients such as Hungarian Beigli rolled with poppy seed or walnut, Babka baked with raisins and cheese, Hungarian Kifli, and even Bobalky.  Continue reading...
